Hotel Katra Heights

They didn't keep the room ready. The way they show on internet, the reality was far from it. The rooms, the receptions are terrible. Many customer were complaining or leakages of water, non-working of acs and so on. Absolutely not acceptable. We just selected basis the rating points.

Hotel and restaurant service is pathetic, we had food poison and met doctors had injections.

This was my first solo trip to vaishno devi and i booked katra heights. Based on the room size its convenient for 2 people stay in. The bathroom is clean with boiler facility. They gave me the room with window ac which was convenient for me. Most important the staff is really very nice. They guided me of how and when to start my journey, they also helped me order pizza as i dint have a local sim. Very friendly staff. Next time i m surely booking this hotel again.

The quality of room is substandard, staff are illiterate, food is infectious and overall services do not match with the rates being charged. Most hotels at katra are minting money on the name of mata vaishno devi. Due to stale breakfast i had food poisoning and i had to spend rs 6000 on admission and treatment at hospital katra. The owner is not available and the person at reception is merely a porter projecting himself as manager. For pushing me to a hotel which is not clean

Overall good stay. Other low price hotels are also available with better facility. Fee power cut issues are here.

Amenities not as per what is mentioned by mmtc tv is there but no channel available ac is just for make sake not working cleaning is also not good food is not inhouse in nut shell not worth the money charged by mmtc

No lift. Room was on 3rd floor. Space in room was sufficient. Behavior of staff is satisfactory. Overall experience is good

Hotel location is in very inner small road not get free service to banganga drop and pickup non co-operative staff

Rooms were dirty, not cleaned, wardrobe broken, pillows and mattress were filthy, worst stay till now booked on make my trip.

Room was filled with mould. Was told it was paint. When insisted to change the room, i was told that manager will come to check which never happened

At reception it was written" rooms @399" and mmt provided us @2200. It was not worth 399.

Nice stay. Staff is cooperative. Service is good. Washrooms are clean. Food is average but must try pakoras here, delicious. Overall a comfortable place to stay.

As per my observation i feel that average services provided by this hotel there is no television facilities, water was not provided by hotel you have to purchase your own

The hotel took more than 1. 30 hours to prepare the room.

Tv was not working. No chairs in the room. Although staff were polite room were lacking basic amenities

The food was very bad. Tv was not working, hotel people said that due to network issues tv is not working and same for the wifi also. Wifi was not available all the time. At night they turned off the wifi. The electricity issue was also there for a short span of time. The location of the hotel is also very bad.

I am really impressed with the property and people there. They are really welcoming and friendly. I loved every bits of it.

The staff is supportive specially manager mr. Neeraj sharma. Intially we have some issues with cleaning and reached to mr. Neeraj about that. He has helped and resolved all the cleaning related issues. Even he has provided support on our journey to bhawan. Very supportive staff hotel is located near main market
