Very bad smell in room location is very bad

Nice hotel. Near to Bhiwandi.

I paid but the facilities very poor room small, ac not working, all walls is fungus.

Not clean Hotel boy don't give food bill

I had to stay in this hotel since it was very close to my place of work but I must say I have never had such a bad experience in my entire travelling life. No matter even if you have called before reaching the room will never be ready. Ridiculous reception. Even worse rooms ... Even if you get money to stay donot opt for this hotel.

Room location is far from important locations. Room quality was not that good. Also the hotel premises were not that good. Rest was good. Room service was satisfactory. The bed quality was also good but room was not maintained properly.

Everything is good for all purposes. There is only issue of network. So you don't have any option to connect anyone if you are in side the hotel. Therer is no Pure Veg Restorant near the hotel. Hence it will take 25 minutes to go to have dinner.

As far as budget is concerned its good but the location is very far from the city and takes almost an hour to reach. The rooms are not spacious and doors are not good. Staff are not cooperative. Not well maintained.

The hotel is good and neat but the location of the hotel is very bad and worst. It was located in highly traffic area. After entering the hotel it was better than the location. Can do a little better in all facilities like maintenance and food. Location is the biggest draw back.

The Hotel is a Thief. Never get in!! He doesn't want us to get in. Because we were foreigners and we pay the hotel by Internet but he don't want to give our money back... In addition this is fake photo and poor hotel...

My stay at this hotel was cancelled, how and when can I expect my refund? The make my trip is asking for my experience of the stay at Galaxy Hotel instead of refunding the amount paid by me. Please contact the hotel and make sure I get my amount back quickly. It was indeed a very bad experience.

Don't put such bad hotels and with wrong address and very dirty and bad facilities. No Wi-Fi. No bed which you booked for. No pick-up facilities, no taxi you will find. Bad location. Nobody knows about the location of hotel and you have to pay even for drinking water and reception manager will talk to you rudely. This hotel not in Thane. It is about 20 km far from Thane railway station. Don't book this hotel. It is worst hotel I have ever seen.

The hotel is fine! I liked! Rooms are comfortable and are as shown in the pictures. The hotel people are cooperative and helping in nature. It was really nice of staying in that hotel. I felt it is the best hotel for any class of people who can afford the stay for a day or night.
