Hotel Emerald

it's a comfortable stay here. location is good & staff behaviour is very good.

When I reached there , I found the room was not ready as my check in time was already over so they should have kept the room ready. But it was not. Then they asked us to cancel the booking, since I booked it from mmt, no refund amount I will be getting so i asked them to make the room ready. We waited for around 45 mins to get the room.During checkout when I asked for 1-2 hour extension then they are asking for extra money.

The shower in the bathroom was broken, otherwise the room was fine as per the cleanliness and price.

price worthy place , prime location and staff was very helpful..

Dirty bedsheets, dirty pillow cases, dusty room, not enough staff to take luggage to room and/or bring luggage from the room to reception

Poor room service even not provided soap for washroom no staff is available for room service no internal communications on this room tariff we can get better services in other hotels
