Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I could not stay at the property and shall request you to refund my entire money as the rooms are very poorly maintained with insects like cockroaches and others. The linens and cleanliness was totally unacceptable. They tried to check me in other rooms which were similarly equally bad. I had to move to another hotel.

Third class hotel it's not up to your standard they said electricity problem and shift us in another third class hotel.

The washroom was not that hygenic, the shower head was completely rusted, and the bed sheet was also a bit dusty.

property was great but they should serve water nd needy things before asking and they should put some good towels

The window in the room was broken then later they changed the room and then the lock of the other room was broken it wasn't fun staying there

Rooms were not good and not worth the money at all. Water was very hard. No towels in the bathroom. You can hear every small noise from the corridor and is very disturbing if you trying to get sleep. In all it was a terrible experience

Poor maintenance , I have been travelling from long way and I have to catch next flight, this people last minute has changed the hotel, which looks like Oyo rooms, poor maintenance, bathroom and toilet condition was poor.

Location is good but not recommended for family, property is couple friendly not found cleanliness asked to change the bedsheet n all was looking used. Staff was good but water in washroom is so hard u can't even use for brushing teeth

Really bad ambience they don't have any amenities water is so salty you cant even take a bath very poor experieance

No amenities in bathroom. Not even a toothpaate. Had to buy everything. They even charged for the water. Room lock was broken. Thats why even though i paid for two days i left after one day.

Very salty water, rooms ware nice. But somewhat lack of deep cleaning. Rurue.

We so enjoyed our stay there and i hope to return. The location is perfect, our suite (they upgraded us) was lovely and we had a terrace! wow.

Hotel pp l booked rooms for other pp l inspite of our advance booking and allocated us to other hotel. That also when we called from our side when we were reaching venue. Their initial response was that we don't have rooms. Then on our discussion they gave us rooms in different hotel. It was completely unprofessional
