Hotel Classic

Mr, it was a shock of my life when on reaching at classic hotel i found that the hotel is closed sealed since last 3 months due to default in bank loan. There were at-least 4/ 5 travellers who found themselves cheated as they like me have paid the full amt in advance towards the stay. I paid 7500 plus my air travel to & fro another 10000/ besides the mental torture loss of business & valuable time. You have to compensate for tus immediately before i approach the consumer forum or any other legal plateform for recovery of my loss. Thanks sanjay gupta

The room was very subpar. Not worth the money at all. There were almost zero to none amenities, even something as basic as a toothpaste wasn’t provided. The phone in the room didn’t work, there were cockroaches in the bathroom, towel was dirty. The room and the service was not worth the price at all, i would not recommend this hotel to people.

The stay was really comfortable. The staff was really nice and cordial. Food was really good. The location in itself was a treat. Its situated right at the heart of chandigarh. Everything is accessible from sector 35. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

Hotel is really good. Staffs are very cooperative. For me best thing was i can see mahadev temple from my window so it’s really blissful when you wake up in the morning and see temple from your window. Location is really amazing. Rooms are specious and nice. Thanks team hotel classic for your hospitality. Try room no 106. You can see mahadev temple from your window.

Very old furniture, too expensive for the money they quote.

It was nice and pleasant. Staff were well mannered and the room was properly maintained.

Every department is good very good service

Poor quality food, no hot water in taps and just single charging point in entire room. The staff was drunk and expecting any help was non sense.

The hotel is located at a very prime location i. E. Sector 35 c, one of the most busiest markets of chandigarh. Every food joint like mcd, kfc etc is available near by. The staff of the hotel is very courteous and polite. The rooms are neat and clean. The room was even properly sanitised before our arrival. They even provide an early and late check in facility. If one is looking for a comfort stay, one should must consider staying in hotel classic and enjoy around the market.

Very nice hotel, also nice staff

They changed our room 3 times. First-offered us pure booked room. Second-leakage in ac. Finally 3 rd room was provided. In which in night leakage started in bathroom. Also they charged us for water in room. Stinky rooms and bedsheets. Towels were also not clean.

The rooms were clean and in good condition. But showers were not working.

4. Overall stay was good but less options available in food, small corridor or common space outside room, no lift.

Service is not that good as expected, but approach to hotel address is fine.

It was a wonderful experience and we had enjoyed our time. Me and my business partner liked the location of this hotel. View was also good. Love to come again

Shower was not working. Blankets were not clean. Old airconditioners in use which do not have remote and even the regulators were broken.
