The hotel is located in middle of crowded market but still the food was like homemade and very nice. The toiletry amenities were missing. Still the hotel was clean and ok.

The rooms were so dingy and dusty. Awful staff. Just 2 boys in the entire hotel. Looked like a haunted house. No lift. We had to climb stairs till 4th floor. No room service. Broken bed. No ventilation. Smelly ambience. Very dark rooms with extremely small bathroom. No parking facility. I just want my discount as part of refund back. The hotel was terrible. Could not sleep the whole night

Food and room service was good however privacy and quality of room were at stack... Can improve cleanliness of this place and AC was at worst condition I have seen ever... Window AC was there just about to expire... If this is deluxe room they are providing..
