Visited hotel castle, bhatinda in the evening. Manager at the hotel desk informed me that they have not received any booking & advance payment. They didn't give me the room. I have to stay at the nearby hotel. Kindly refund my advance payment of rs 1, 170- immediately.

Bad over all not happy. wastage of money. No bill was raised at the time of check out. We reached at 12 and the check in time was given in your site as 2 we were just wondering on road.
Bad condition of the hotel no staff and we were accommodated on 2nd floor even requested for ground floor being a senior citizen no preference was given.

It was a wonderful experience to stay in this hotel. Easy to access. Just walking distance from Railway station. Good behaviour of staff members. Rooms are neat and clean. I would pref are this hotel to other my friends
