Staff are good and helpful. Room are specious and clean. Food are good. We are happy. In one word value for money.

Rooms were untidy, food quality was very bad. Had to check out a day earlier than planned. I have visited many Hptdc hotels. This was by far the worst experience.

I asked room service for 2 plates in my room and they simply refused saying we don't provide plates for outside food. Then I called the reception and they said you have to pay more plus taxes. I have stayed in over 500 different hotels but never seen a hotel refusing to give plates. I assume they are trying to sell their food by doing this. I stayed at this hotel 6 days back as well and tried their food and to be honest it was pathetic hence ordered something special from Zomato since I didn't want to eat from hotels restaurant after having a bad experience last time.

It's a very calm and classic property, rooms are maintained well, little old but classy, room service is good, food can be better

Great stay in The Hotel. Spacious rooms, very good location, prominent spot but bit care should be given on The cleanliness specially bed linens. Also staffs should understand that they maybe doing a government job but they are in hospitality industry.

They serve you stinky stale food which we had to return. The bathrooms are terrible. Except for one room service guy the rest of the staff is useless.
