Hotel Bhakti Palace

I had booked premium room for 2 nights and hotel has provided deluxe room ( lower category) for first night and then shift to premium!

As per communication with make my trip our check out time 12 but hotel staff ask check out time is 8 am. We check out from there by 1 pm they charged rs. 1500 from us. Towels are very poor quality. Its not value for money.

Not bed not good …one thing is better near Shrinath ji temple just 200-300 m ….no parking …pay extra for parking away 1.5 km from hotel …

My first preferance is clean washroom but in this hotel washroom is absolutely dirty. No cleaning is there in the room and washroom. Absolutely pathetic experience. Ac not working. If u r going with family then this is the worst choice. Its a very unheigenic room to stay. Simply avoid this if u dont want to get sick.

The property was in close proximity to mandir and staff were also helpful. The photos of premium room shown are located on 3rd floor while guests are given room on 1st and 2nd floor which do not match the premium category room shown in pictures

Hospitality was very bad. So much noise from nearby rooms at midnight. Location was not easily approachable

No parking facility you have to park vehicle 2 kms away and then walk down hotel does not provide facility to pick up luggage. For senior citizens it's really a hard time to walk two kms carrying luggage

The rooms are small. However it is close to the back gate temple and near the Police station. AC rooms and comfortable stay. Its near the market so you can also buy stuffs on the way. Staff is good and rooms were clean.

Rooms are neat Location is perfect for darshan Breakfast or other facilities are not available But staff is humble and co operative Overall stay was fine and hassle-free. Would recommend for family stay

Hotel was good and seems like newly renovated. Lift was there so that was the main benefit of this hotel. Moreover, it is just besides the main temple. So we never faced any problem in visiting of temple on morning 6.

Hotel was very good. Rooms were very much spacious. Location is simply superb. Staff helped us at their best. Hotel food was very good. We had to wait for dinner for almost 45 mins but DTS okay. Overall very good experience.

This hotel is the best one in all hotels which are situated near to temple. If you are constrained to stay near the temple then this would be the perfect choice. Room was clean. Lift was also available. We loved our stay.

Booked the hotel with Bhakti Palace but they diverted our stay with Hotel Garden View by stating some challenge with their facility. Hence the overall review and rating is related to Hotel Garden View, which been arranged by Bhakti Palace.
