Hotel Banalata

Ambiance is marvellous,so is good behaviour of hospitality staff, amneties are good, that's reason for extended stay

food and services are really good but rooms and hygiene could be improved. thought breakfast was included in package but at hotels when asked, we have been told breakfast is chargeable.

Nice place, Location wise lap of nature, Staff also ground to earth, food just awsam and hygienic.

My stay at Hotel Banalata was average. The property is good, but maintenance could be improved. The rooms were okay, not very modern, but manageable for a short stay. Food quality was decent, though service was a bit slow at times. Overall, it is suitable for a basic stay but not very premium.

rooms were good but surrounding were dirty .no final bill was given. location is food food was good but spicy amenities were good but sanitation needs improvement services need improvement . not appropriate for the amount we paid for stay.

this was an amazing experience.. everything like staff behaviour service and location are simply awesome. for a comfortable stay banalata would be the first choice for me.

Location is very nice. Foods are not so good. Most of food served was cold.

Its a peaceful place to visit as an recreational visit, sorrounded by joypur forest offering a secluded retreat if you explore it.

The location is excellent- around 10km from Bishnupur, along the State highway. Resort is nice, meant for budget stay. Don’t expect luxury. Room is small, clean with effective air conditioning. Bathroom clean, no hooks/rods for hanging clothes or towel( rather surprising that such a minor thing is not provided). Tables provided in the verandah in which you can have your meals or you can walk to the restaurant. Staff available to serve you, local villagers with helpful attitude. Wide variety of food available, emu, ostrich or quail meat( mis-spelt “koyel” in the menu card!!). Non-veg dishes rather oily. Fish preparation excellent, so was the mango chutney. They do have a dormitory for drivers.

Our stay at banalata resort was an absolute delight! nestled beside the serene joypur jungle, the resort offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and comfort. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, providing a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The staff was incredibly hospitable, always ready with a warm smile and helpful suggestions. The food was a culinary journey through bengal, with each dish more delicious than the last. Whether it was the flavorful curries or the fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, every meal was a treat. We especially loved the mud huts, which gave us a charming village feel. Banalata resort is truly a gem, and we can't wait to visit again!

The room was very poor. The room very small and dirty. The bed was too small for 2 adult and 1 kids. Overall experience was very bad.

The stay is costlier compared to the place ambience and the servixe hope it was a little bit less pricier

Rooms are extremely overpriced. Food quality is very poor. Literally there is no communication between reception staff and kitchen staff. Asking to pay food bill very time you order food at room. If one really want to visit this place can do so for a day trip. Night stay not recommended.

Just good, nothing excellent about it ! the cleanliness and professionalism should be better.
