rooms were not clean, service is very poor, no phone available. in room to connect to room service or reception. breakfast quality is poor. no tea available. will not book this hotel ever in future

The rooms were good for the price. Spacious rooms. Ac works and clean rooms. Nothing too fancy but overall good. There were many negative reviews so i was worried, but i didn't face any such issue.

Very bad smell inside the room, even toilet was not cleaned properly, many mosquitoes- cockroach found. Even water was not good. I have booked deluxe room but they have allocated that room to others and argue to manage for 1 night in non deluxe room. Pillow and bad sheet also not good bad stains are spotted.

Foud very difficult in check in, the receptionist had no idea of our bookings from the ho, they kept us waiting for more than 30 mins. I had to cal mmt, mmt executives immediately resolved the issue

Rooms, bathroom dirty. No soap. Attendant was not helpful. Breakfast and tea served together. No basin to wash hands after breakfast. We have washed hands in our room. Simply horrible experience.

Property location is inr of the best locations however food is not up to mark. Mushroom tikka is without salt & chilly pane-er is with double amount of salt. Even breakfast can be improved.
