It was good experience at this stay but they need to improve more in responding to people!

Positives: 1. Good decor, nice elevators, clean rooms, warm service Negatives: - Room Service Menu prices are very different from what is actually billed. On enquiry, state that those are old rates and haven't updated. Tantamounts to cheating. For eg. Menu reads Sweet Corn Chicken Soup @ Rs25 while the actual billing is Rs50. - Room Service Menu suggests Breakfast from 7 AM to 10 AM, whilst when we called up, were told breakfast would be made available post 9 AM. - Most often no one returns calls made to the reception desk. Btw, there was no separate no to call on for housekeeping and room service. For ordering breakfast in the morning or tea, had to walk down to the reception around 7.45 AM as no one returned calls.
