The room was dirty. the bed was dusty. no soap in the bathroom. no towels provided. they didn't mop the floor from I don't know when. I had to check out because of the settled dust in the room. the bunk bed were also dusty and dirty. no cleanliness at all. the bathroom flush also didn't work. pathetic experience.

Hello sir, first of all you had a train in the evening that's why you had to leave. We allowed you for early check in at 9 am even after our check in time is 1 pm. The dorm is used by other travellers from the night before so maybe the floor wasn't clean at that time. Bed was clean though, in dorms we don't give towels but still we gave you without charging any amount. Handwash was kept in the bathroom, we don't provide toiletries in the dorms again. Travellers bring their own toiletries whenever staying in the dormitory in a backpacker hostel. You also utilised your whole time until you had to leave for your further journey. I am really sorry for your experience but again you never told the staff or anyone about the dust or anything. You asked for a towel, you got one. Again we will try to do better next time, no hard feelings.

Hostello Backpackers is a very nice homestay, I stayed there for 1 day. all facilities are available, good behaviour, everything is excellent.
