Ginger Indore

Stay was really pleasant at Ginger, rooms are neat and clean and in affordable price. Staff was really polite and helpful.

It was a good experience. The staff was also good and cooperative. The food was good, and the staff was also very cooperative

On road property, rooms are average, hotel provide multiple food option, amenities are sufficient,

room size small compare to hotel price room service not available in night at least water bottle is basic requirement

I had booked my stay, but when I went to ginger hotel they did not have rooms available and at night 12.00 PM I had to search hotels in city due to such poor service...

Location is good, but there was no service staff to help to carry your luggage. Ask the way you have to go to 5th floor for reception. Check in process was slow, rooms were average and too small. There was no toiletries provided. Food menu is limited. The order was delivered from some other restaurant. All in all too heavily priced for this kind of services.

Room is very small and suffocating.you should provide transportation at least on campany reservations.

As i asked for Warm water as i was not well and waited for 15 mins after my checkout but the receptionist couldn’t give me warm water and i had to go as my cab came and the same receptionist told me to pay extra for checkin before 2pm and that was also 10 am not so early i had never had such experiences at any of the ginger stay i have been i guess there are different rules to every city and every hotel i will never stay at Ginger indore again

Very good hospitality and breakfast with a variety of the food. Easily accessible location with connectivity.

We reached room at 22:52 pm, it was written in the food menu that we can order till 23:00 but still they did not register pur food order so we had to order through online food delivery from restaurants outside. The TV was not working properly, the TV apps were getting started on their own , seems like they were connected with nearby room remotes too.. So we were not able to use the TV properly. The handwash bottle inside the washroom was not working.

Seamless checkin, fast checkout, prompt housekeeping, polite staff and good food.

The location is prominent, the food is excellent, healthy maintained Good hygiene across premises, basic amenities to fulfill all requirements, services with courtesy and politeness is adding feather in cap
