The Bell mount is a budget friendly staying destination. Food is very good. Overall good

Quality of amenities provided was very good. A little improvement in room service responses will be better , need to be more prompt.

We stayed at the hotel for one night It was very pleasant. We got a warm welcome by the staff at 10pm on a rainy day. Hot water for shower was great. There is kettle and mineral water in the room but no tea/coffee bags.The food at breakfast was very good. No omelettes but boiled eggs and toast were there. The property is good near my city market and Room Service is also good. But the food and their staff is not good. We have not received orders even in the menus. Also Milk is not available for my son of 2 years at 8 PM.

The hotel room is nice in central munnar area. The nearby shops, restaurants, market area and transport easily accessible. The hotel restaurant is good with Buffet breakfast and food items.

Good only. Maintained Good hygiene, additional mattress provided for extra member count but they are also poor quality.

We found it as good accommodation with amble facilities. Toilet tissues could have been provided for making the toilet better. The dumping of broken furniture near the windows in corridors could have been avoided to improve the views, though it doesn’t affect the guests seriously.
