Very bad experience, ac not working, no towels in bathroom, no soaps, nothing. I check our from hotel. Check out

Tv and geyser are missing from the room. Drinking water, glasses are not provided. In washroom mug not provided, bucket in broken condition. And water logging in washroom. Switch boards are in broken conditions, which is unsafe for child to touch

I have a very pleasant stay and nice service there.

All good but little minus point about to clean. Duat mark on the wall. Washroom are smells. And tv not working

Very poor experience, You are requested not to book any rooms for your clients in this hotel in future.

Nice location, food was very good and the service was also good

They send us to another hotel which was away from the ceremony we went to attend. We faced some trouble due to change of hotel. If they don't have rooms available why do they take booking.

Space of room is too good but interior facilities are average. We found telephonic service is dead at midnight. During emergency, we can't connect the service man. Some point should be improved. Thanks.

Food is not as good ad also too costly

Starting from check in to check out, everything is beyond explanation. Wash-rooms were dirty as hell. No service at all. Rooms were filthy as hell. Go for this hotel only if you want to make your experience hell like any thing. There are much better hotels in Mathura and Vrindavan, go for them.

I stayed on Monday here and found that no facilities in Hotel basically this is marriage and kitty party Hotel.

This is a hotel which hosts lots of functions. All the rooms are designed to accommodate the guests. This is not a full fledged hotel. Room service is OK. The cleanliness is much below average. I recommend only for a short stay.

When I reached hotel they denied to provide room as they don't have staff. After so much discussion they agreed to give room but if I say about room, service, cleanliness the hotel is 0(zero). I asked him for key of room as I had to go outside to visit temples, the hotelier said they don't have key of room someone lost the key 4 days back.
