Excellent place to stay, staff was very supporting, take extra care, food is excellent, in the center of city, all places near to this hotel, over all, good experience at Hotel. Hotel is very clean and antique. Of very old time, give complete feeling of Heritage.
Not worth the money spent

Bathroom choked, felt not worth the money, air cooler faulty, noisy and does not cool. No proper air flow in the room, felt the room bit hot. Tv cable bill was not paid when I was there. So TV could not be played. Only good thing about this hotel is, its near to railway station.
A pleasant stay at Haveli Heri....

Very friendly and helpful people. Food was excellent, homemade food. They have also a very lovely dog max. It felt like staying in family. There was none of the artificiality of a commercial hotel. I would prefer to stay in the same hotel in my next visit also.

Hotel was a home stay. Room was big. But everything was old and was not clean. Breakfast not good. Tea was a bit costly tasted good. Next time I will not stay in this hotel because not value for money and also they charged for extra bed and did not provide extra bed or anything.
Loved the stay; helpful staff ....

It was like staying with your extended family. Owner was very helpful, gave us a map to explore the city. Husband and wife were very warm, their helper Anish was too helpful (he would wake up at 5 just to give you a tea without any hesitation), polite. Room was clean. Everything is near from this place. I will stay here again.

Booked it in good faith after reading reviews on net - big dogs greet you - you have no entry unless you are superman or ring the bell to announce your arrival. Owner shows you to your room which seems to cry for attention that please somebody take care of me. The lights in the room and bathroom also seemed to be on strike as if protesting against the electricity tariff. A cheap yellow toy duck holder managed to hold the minuscule sized soap quite efficiently with the toilet seat groaning and threatening to break from its long time use by over sized travelers. One boy employed there as a jack of all trades seemed to be the only one faintly interested in us, probably to keep an eye on the family silver. Do be very precise to ask all the rates before actually checking in and do so only if you want to be stuck in your room for the entire time of your stay. Nothing to look forward to in terms of interacting with other guests and owners or even a bottle of water.
