Nice clean room and friendly staff with covered car parking

Room was clean and neat. Mr. Suresh kept the electric kettle clean as promised. Friendly staff, covered basement parking. Unfortunately, I broke a saucer and asked staff, how much to pay for it but staff did not charge for that. Roads are narrow near hotel but manageable, as most of inner roads in Karaikal are narrow. Room was on second floor where we stayed and no disturbance at night. Hope, to stay here again during next visit.

At a good location

The hotel is mostly good. They are doing really well in hospitality and the maintenance of the room but where I found the stay to be challenging is the lack of food service. They do not have any veg restaurant and the non veg restaurant opens only after 11 in the morning. No veg eateries are available nearby (at least within half a kilometer). They have a parking facility.
