Ours was a delayed check in front office people were helpful retrospectively I feel I could have asked for specific food to be kept (say dosai) for 16 of us. Overall the experience was good.

Hotel Atmosphere is great and good food, staff is also good, responsive, and well maintained. All amenities are great.

I stay regularly either at Greenpark or Marigold. Both are great properties in Hyderabad city. Very conveniently located, serene surroundings and excellent food.

Room was average but was clean. Breakfast didn’t have a lot of options and food was average.

Nice location, hotel is renovating at fast pace and very nicely designed basic rooms with all facilities. I missed some open restaurant or bar for evening sittings post work. Rest all is perfect and food is extremely delicious

Food quality has degraded along with Service, Front desk people are kind of rude and unwelcoming as if they are working on notice period. Also one of my refund is pending with their accounts and they are refusing to do it. Manasa from front desk committed to get the feedback and call me back, but as I expected she never did. Avoid booking Greenpark , you will feel like staying in a 2-3 star hotel at 5 star pricing

the experience was very good.... as the hotel staff was very polite and humble... there service was also good ... and we had breakfast there for 3 days daily which was awesome 👍🏻.... the 3 nights experience was best

Hotel was very good where I have stayed several times and booked through MMT. Breakfast and food quality also is very good. Room was extremely nicely well kept. Overall staff service was awesome. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

They not providing early check in before day they said ok you will come I will provide early check in after we reached they not providing

Food quality,location are good excellent

We booked for king size bed room but they gave us queen and didn’t inform about the room while checking in. Thereafter, when we asked them for upgradation as we booked for king size bed as we were 3 adults, they didn’t helped us and told upfront that they don’t have king size beds and complete data is not uploaded in make my trip, we were surprised then why did we booked in make my trip, they literally cheated us, and after so much of request they have give some 140 rs discount, pathetic hotel service.

The room is good but the front desk staff is slow and breakfast spread is average.

The reception was tooo good and the rooms were very clean and though I reached early before the check in time the receptionists listened to me and gave priority for my early check in

property is in the heart of the city and the location is perfect to banjara hills. the restaurant serves good food and the staff are cordial
