Terrible Stay

I didn't get my room itself. The caretaker didn't take the call. We got to know that film shooting is going on in the hotel and no one is allowed to go there. I need refund

familyIts pathetic unhygienic by evening we reached it’s hard to find the property map is not working and the mobile number in the booking he is the owner not even picked somehow with locals we managed to go and it’s a huge shock we didn’t find anyone there after waiting for half an hour a care taker came and checked in it’s rubbish dirty and unhealthy to live in that condition please cancel that property i can’t believe it’s in make my trip i am a regular traveller through out world it’s my very worst experience in my life

The map shows incorrect location, then i called the owner(the number mentioned in the bill, he didnt answer my calls and all the calls rejected. Then i reached the property by using a local support, then the caretaker dont know about our booking. Any way he is a good man and helped allot us.

Good but could have been better

Valley view form the room is excellent but rooms are not well maintained well. Also the offroad climb is long near to half a km. Thanks for the caretaker mr rajendran for good and supportive hospitality.

Poor Stay

The view from the property was exceptional. That is the only thing good about it. The room was dirty, sheets with lots of stains, when complained the caretaker he said " its not dirty those are onlystains " the room doesn't provide towel for us. When asked, the caretaker went home and gave his used towel. Food is separate and was not soo good. Bathroom fittings were shaky n broken pretty disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. View from the room is very beautiful. Got excellent support from our caretaker Mr. Rajendran. He provided us home cooked food for all 2 days… Road to stay is bit off road, but it’s worthy. Pallangi falls is very nearby and guest will get free access to this price falls!!!
