Sir no proper maintenance only commercial nothing is working there ex. Gyser, ac, lift and tv is working. No proper response from property owner. Bedbugs also there

My sincere suggestion, they are cheating. I was book my room for 3 days at maharani pet a location but they gave me at pandurangapuram. There is no water, no breakfast, no maintenance, room cleaning not good. I completely disappointed. Waste of money. Please take before booking the room. My sincere suggestion to make my trip please don't take these kind of hotel's. You lost your goodwill. Thank you

1. The stay is quite good in sence of ambiance and location of property. It is good and easy to approach the location. 2. Maintenance during the stay is not happening even though the care taker is available 3. Resources like washing machine and refrigerator are available 4. Provided beds beds are comfortable 5. Need to improve in housekeeping aspect 6. Owner mr anil is quite decent in responding at any point of time and flexible. 7. Overall stay is affordable at this budget and the charges are quite reasonable.

Never book this place, I had booked 2 rooms, I was given one room and one toilet for 7 people.

It's a home not a hotel. It's in a dirty and filthy atmosphere. The owner was not present. The keeper was too absent for some personal reason. We booked three rooms. They gave us two. We waited for a long time outside the house. None was there to understand our problem. We had 2kids and aged persons with us. As there was a problem with the mobile network we had to wait and wait and after a lot of effort, we connected through MMT with the owner. Entering the room we saw some luggage space there. The attendant informed that we had to share the suit if the visitors come. Luckily they didn't come that day. Bathroom was smelling too badly as the previous users didn't care to flash the command as it was filled with their stool.Nothing to describe more. We checked out the next day and got another hotel in a high range.

Good comfortable stay with a homely atmosphere and near to beach area for families.

I reached Around 4 o'clock there. I requested for early check in and they agreed with that without any extra money. In that room all facilities are there for example gas, drinking water. They behaved very well with us. Even my check out time was morning at 10 o'clock but they allow us to stay till evening without extra money. You will Feel Like Home. I will suggest everyone stay here. Thank you so much, sir, for everything.

Best place will all good amenities and a serene view of the Sea.

If you would like to book this then make sure you are booking more than 2 or at least 2 rooms to access the home stay facilities. If you are booking only a single room then it would be better you look elsewhere, it is just about OK for couples.

No service. Not expected while booking time.

Hotel was good but there was no facility of food breakfast, after reaching there it was informed that I can stay for 21st only as there was another booking for 22nd onward.
