pls do not booked Family Friendly stay Varanasi due to all image tag hotel type room available .Check in time told me room not available in my property and stay my next property.I had see the property totally Dharamshala room. I am complaint same time make my trip but make my trip person attached the call property owner and me. Hotel owner Mr Gupta told me with confrence call dikkat kya hai yha main paisa refund ni karuga or na booking cancel hogi I am told to gupta hotal owner i am pay 2500 hotel stay why I am stay Dharamshala hotel owner word kon sa bahut paise de diye itne se main toh aisa hi milta bolo main paisa refund ni karta jo karna kar lo this hotel owner two property available one first property Family Friendly stay (also No board available family friendly stay ) second property Durga Transport Agency name mention Dharamshala type Room hotel person contact no 8840389706 thrid person 8795588654 all person rude behaviour pls do not booked hotel booked time also mentions money non refundable and non room cancellation

Whole lot good experience had a home like feeling in the stay well maintained & cleanliness & gusteru was good

As i checked in this stay i vacated the stay within thirty minutes. Location of stay doesn't match with given location. It is quite different. I suggest not to book this stay. As i faced issue and i had to find new hotel. This person is making the tourist fool. Worst experience ever.

I didnt even checked in. It was worst and not good for family. House was situated in worst area. We feel insecurity in that area thats why we didn’t stay in this and taken another hotel. Room location everything was horrible and we decide not to stay in that. There were no facilities. I request you to return our money as we didn’t stay there.
