Best stay and wonderful l stay

Very nice villa loved the ambience and the staff arrangements were great rooms were spacious and cozy

the place was clean and well maintained. the caretaker cooked super awesome food . the pool was good . there was super pathetic wifi there so we had difficulty in having net access as connection is low in the house . overall decent experience 👍

My experience here at eminent villa was terrible. We were promised a private pool with the villa before we booked the premises and yet after reaching at the villa, the pool was dirty and not usuable. Later, they promised to clean the pool in 2 hours but they ended up taking an entire day. Repeatedly lying about the cleaning process and providing no other service for the fact that they did not let us use the pool nor refunded us. Very poor manager service. Poor talking skills. No coordination and no help provided from deepanshu sharma.

Villa was good … there was one guy omprakash there to helps us. He cooked maggi and tea for us and it was great. We partied a lot whole night and enjoyed a lot. Pool was good. Bedrooms also maintained.

Not provided any kitchen facility. Rooms are not clean, sofas are very dirty. Initially while booking they did mention anything about security deposit. After checkin they asked for 3k security deposit. Also care taker stays with us in the villa.

The place is well secured, pleasant, the entire villa is very well done. Will visit again soon.

Thank you mm t for suggesting this villa. It was indeed a wonderful trip and a very comfortable stay. However, we would like to give feedback on the villa: 1. The quality of towels was not good. 2. There was no hot water on the top floor bathrooms even after switching on the geyser. 3. No bath stool, mug and bucket were provided in bathrooms.

Villa is good and caretaker is also good. Internet never worked, geyser in washrooms never worked, had to take a bath by cold water in winter. Property not properly maintained.

The good : 1) the property is beautiful to look at it and it is located very close to the highway and lonavala station. 2) the rooms are clean and two rooms are spacious enough to accommodate a large family while the other two are of normal size. The bad : 1) the caretakers stay inside the villa itself! technically they have occupied the whole terrace area only but every now and they they roam inside the house/kitchen and ruin the privacy of the guests. Secondly they are useless too as they could not even get us a bottle of soft drink from the market which was hardly 1-2 kms away. 2) kitchen is very small and it has the caretakers' stuff too put inside the refrigerator and all around the already small kitchen. 3) wifi keeps getting disconnected every now and then. So poor wifi connectivity is another issue and it's frustrating as the network connection (jio and vi) were weak too. So one needs a strong wifi connection which the owner could not provide

Stay was good, property location good. If u have aged family members, then u have a problem. 3 bedrooms are on first floor and it’s very difficult for them to climb steps frequently. Property is kept very clean. Swimming tank is small but clean and refreshing. Food made by single attendant was good. Overall experience good

The stay was good, hygiene and toiletries provided along with slippers. Pool was clean and well maintained property with a nice view and instagram worthy balcony for selfies. However we had a power cut for 2 hrs which spoil t our mood for sometime as it went out suddenly and the reason was unknown as the resorts on the side had electricity. We had to have dinner in the dark as we were unsure when the light will come. Karan the caretaker came and arranged an electrician and power was fixed in 40 min after arrival. It definitely hampered our experience as it was a bachelorette and we had planned for a suprise with lights and music. However when lights were restored back we continued with our plan and it was an amazing experience. Looking forward to more staycation at this venue.
