I have booked hotel in forest retreat but that property is under construction however after a long discussion with miss karishma she has shifted my stay from forest retreat resort to discover resort and after that stay was smooth and good

The stay was really good. The property is situated in a beautiful place. The surrounding landscapes are absolutely mesmerizing. The meals were quite tasty with decent food options. They have a good pool area and lovely paths lined with trees for walks. The service was a bit slow at times and can be improvised. Overall, a nice experience.

You have booked one ac room out of 110 acre property.Had you booked villas it will be great for secluded stay/peaceful n aloof stay. The date of booking it self was busy day.Had you mention us the purpose of stay, we can give you better backup solution. familyI am stay 16th july and 17 july. No light in room. Wi-fi service not working, food restaurant not clean. Bathroom not clean. Bedsheets not clean. West of money. I have suggest don't go this resort.

Dear sir thanks for the staff and property admiration.AC we doubly checked it's working well even at 16° setting. at 19-20° outside it won't cool on 24 temp setting, so it might have bother that day. Geyser is instant when checked it was working fine. We have changed it to a storage geyser due to your complaint.Thanks again and we appreciate your kind gesture with team.Hope to keep you happy next time.Looking forward for meeting you again.

Terrible Stay

Had worst experience during check in. Very poor management, windows not closed properly, tv was installed with out dth/settop box, no power backup, fluctuations issues, no power over night, no hot water, ac was not working, fan and light also not working due power fluctuations issue, network connectivity isn't there wifi doesn't work either, breakfast timing is very late @10 am, dirty pool, washroom chockup issues. High price with low quality services. I recommended don't go there. Pols keep this hotel in blacklist

Thanks rahul. Your booking was for non ac room and on humanity basis we have upgraded you to ac room as temp that day was high due to no rains started. Bfast we have checked recording of camera and it was on time not 10 am. Hot water comes from geyser and it is working fine. Washroom checkup if customer puts some stuff/ garbage in commode and that's the only reason. Hope you visit us again and see again with positive mindset. Same day many customers rated us great too on similar basis. All the best & have a nice day.

groupA very poorly managed property, had to change the room because ac wasn't working, severe issues with electricity and voltage fluctuations. Even in the changed room ac wasn't working. Terrible management and very slow services. Network connectivity isn't there and WiFi doesn't work either. Very poor stay.

Thanks rohit for the energy and zeal to share the feedback. We are working hard to improve and that's the sprit of life. The 2nd line for generater was in wip, ac loads were shifted, so it was momentary issue. Now resolved. Wifi unfortunately was off due to line cuts, so sorry for that. I am very surprised you did not like the food and swimming pool games etc. If you want i can arrange a discounted visit to our sister concern just to experience premium stay. Keep rocking. familyTiming for breakfast at 10am is very late. Good taste was good. Location is a bit remote. Surroundings are not that good. Nothing much to see and enjoy except little bit of indoor games and swimming pool.

Worst property n pathetic experience

familyRoom is like a lodge. Door is not closed properly n worst part is open sliding window provided in the room with no lock. Tv is not working. Insects is available in bathroom n bed room. Pathetic experience. Only food is ok ok rest all thing is very bed. I recommend don’t go there.

Apriciating your suggestions basis experiance issues and we will work on individual issues when ever it is reported during stay. Lodge we don't have any experiance so can't remark on that. Lock has been chaged. Broken by may be last customer, insects comes if light kept on and may be window or gate is open. As it's natural habitant for jungle like resort places. We had changed room if you faces above issue and inform us during stay. Regret for the inconvenience !

I would give this retreat 2 stars - 1st star for Google Maps for taking us in circles and 2nd star for the Forest Retreat. It was so good and hygienic that I had a stay for 2 days and I left within 24 hours from there. I did not care for the 2-day stay or the money and left from there. I forgot to take the picture of the water kettle they gave me which was apparently used by some staff or some guest who used it for Vicks inhalation and as it was given to me with all the Vicks wax on it. When I asked the staff he said “Yea sir, woh dusre aadmi bohut Bimar tha tho usney use kia hoga.” I got the scare of my life 😱 I could see flashes of me with an oxygen cylinder in some hospital if I stayed here any longer. Overall, a life-changing experience 😂.

Hotel provides you with delicious food, clean rooms, gym, spa and many indoor games. The hospitality is no less than a start hotel. Ravi and zaheer at the reception are very kind and good at their work. Looking forward for a bigger staycation thanks you.

Cold honeymoon Jacuzzi villa- worst experience!

On 23rd Aug 2021, we booked the jacuzzi villa for a 1-night stay. Before booking, we confirmed with the staff regarding the functioning of the jacuzzi. She mentioned it's working fine! Excited we! We paid and booked the honeymoon suite jacuzzi villa to our surprise when the staff was explaining to us the functions too. She mentioned: This jacuzzi is cold water! I was like okay!. There is a temperature adjuster here. We can heat it up. Hearing that; she goes about explaining. Sorry ma'am, this jacuzzi villa is cold water. What? Elite resort. Jacuzzi is supposed to be a hot tub; used for relaxation and pleasure. It was raining on that day wonderful cold climate and terribly cold jacuzzi. We didn't step in our honeymoon suite jacuzzi! This doesn't end here. Further, the staff informs us you can't use hot shower. As the heater isn't working. Wow! Locks in the bathroom were broken. No hooks to hang clothes unhygienic, unhygienic; empty bottles everywhere and tobacco spits around. Looked dirty. I wonder if they had even swept the room. Piles of diet under the bed. The tv remotes battery was found dead. I doubt if the bedsheets were even changed. I developed rashes on my body after my stay in the Elite resort. I did not create a scene/discuss/argue about the functionalities of the jacuzzi with the staff there. As it seemed pointless. Do not book the honeymoon suite jacuzzi villa.
