Disappointed & cheating

We were on the way to accommodation & unfortunately had a car breakdown under heavy rains. We had just booked the stay one hour before & requested for a cancellation. Mm t team also tried reaching the host but we were cheated on the money, not even partial amount was paid back for cancellation. Hosts & mm t team should understand & consider emergency situation & its people’s hard earned money.
