We always strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests, and we take your concerns seriously. In regard to the steps leading to the hotel, we apologize if they posed difficulties. We are actively working on improving this aspect to ensure the safety and convenience of our guests, especially the elderly. Regarding your booking, our policy is to allow a maximum of 2 guests per room for the safety and comfort of all occupants. We were unable to accommodate a group of 14 people, including kids and a driver, in the two rooms that were booked. We understand that this may have caused inconvenience, and we regret any misunderstanding. Additionally, the check-in time at our property is at 12 PM to ensure rooms are prepared and cleaned appropriately for incoming guests. Unfortunately, accommodating a late-night check-in at 2 AM would disrupt our ability to maintain the high standard of service for all guests. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
