Conifers Kolakham Retreat

Service was extremely worst. Room was totally uncleaned. Refused to provide hot water. Behaviour of the owner was extremely bad.

Most of the guesthouse around the location provides generator facilities from 6 to 10 PM. We visited during pick season however, there were no electricity due to power failure around the location. Surprised to see, even small guesthouses provide generator facilities and it seems that we were completely in the king of ghost. Caretaker was very cooperative women and helped as much as she can.

The location of the property was good. The property has spacious rooms. The cleanliness was well maintained. They had great hospitality service. The food was also great. They have less number of staff. It is difficult for them to manage everyone. So I would just like to suggest them to increase the staff numbers.

Food was awful, did not get any service, did not get any hot water for even wash my hands in the nearly sub zero temperature, let alone for Bath. We couldn't drink water as it was so cold. We had booking for two days but left on the second day foregoing one day's room charge. It was a horrific experience.

Pleasant stay at Kolakham Retreat.

It is located at a little bit of long-distance from Lava Bazar, but Changey falls is near to it. Food was good, though of little high charge. Service and behavior was fine. The atmosphere was very peaceful.

This place needs more maintenance. View is good, Kolakham as a place is awesome. But owner needs to take more care. Old but clean bedsheets, creaky floor, basins looks like they will break if you are not careful, lots of unfriendly dogs, also food has to be better. But perfect view and location.

Great view from room. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Good service. Honestay is very well maintained.
