There’s some scams going on i don’t know firstly they show less prices and whey you booked the room an executive calls you that your room was not booked they charge more money to book the room i experienced it and loses the double amount of my booking.

Book a hotel with brackfast but hotel not provide brackfast diny of my booking. Service and class is very bed

Although everything is good but the bedsheet and pillow covers are not cleaned. And the washroom stink very badly.

Ac was not working and the hotel did nothing for us.

One of the best in this rate hotel is so clean and staf is good

I have tried to do an early check in. But they have charged me like 50% of the booking amount. That's was fine for me. But after that i have asked the hostess about my including breakfast she straightaway denied it. Even after showing her my booking details. But what i found very fishy was the hostess because the day before we were going to check out. I came down to clear all my due amount. But as per the host it was all included in the package which we took. Shortly early in the morning again we came down to check out but the hostess stopped us and she asked to clear the due amount of the breakfast which we had. So again i did not say anything to her because i was getting late and i asked her the qr code so i can pay. I was about to pay the money on a hotel's qr but suddenly she stopped me and told me to pay the money on her personal qr code so i did the same. I came to know her name through her qr. Her name was maahi maurya her behaviour towards customer was not appropriate at all. If you guys still needs to keep her as an hostess. I've request you to please train her.

Hotel was inside main road with no proper roads and connectivity to the main road is worst

The location is not very good. Food is average. Rooms could have been great but it is not properly maintained. Bedsheets and pillows also looked worn out. But the worst part. Room service. Even though the staff and owner are polite room service is just bad. You would have to call multiple times to get anything.

Poor in all aspects. No basic facilities.
