Bad reputation for MakeMyTrip

Worst hotel, no lights in bathroom, AC not working, stained walls. Rooms smelling like rotten rat. When asked for it, they said we will fix it but nobody attended despite calling many times and unless we let it go.

The property was located a bit far away from the main road but that also had a different atmosphere because we could feel the nature more closely. Food was okay types neither bad nor too good. amenities like the swimming pool could have been better with maintenance.
