Terrible Stay

1.While booking, the reservation mentioned complimentary food available, but it doesn't. All meals are chargeable. 2. The bathroom windows glass was broken, a cicada entered at midnight and no-one slept after. 3. Food was very average. 4. Care taker is availability was irregular. 5. Location is good, rest everything is bad. 6. The bed sheet looks not washed, with full of dust.

Only lunch and dinner are chargeable, and this is clearly mentioned in our listing. At the price you booked, no host can provide all meals free of cost. We apologize for the inconvenience caused due to the broken bathroom window and cleanliness issues – these have been taken up with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure it does not happen again.

familyLocation is good, food they arrange from outside and the taste was average with very limited options. Very poor maintenance with water leakage in the room, saddest part is they ran out of generator fuel at 3am and have to stay without power rest of the night, which is not acceptable at all. Though the person incharge and the below are very good and try to get things as possible by then. Suggestion: a kitchen and a cook, stock up fuel for generator. Considering power failure during monsoon, fix the water seepage and check for rats in roof tiles.

We stayed at eco trail for a couple of nights and loved every bit of it. The staff was exceptionally nice and courteous and went the extra mile to make us feel at home. Safe for kids and women travellers as well
