If you have basic needs like clean, budget friendly place and can do without amenities, this place is for you. Room is big. It's a part of the owner's bungalow. Double bed with clean bedsheet. Clean bathroom. Room is due for some repairs but if you can accommodate yourself with basics, it's a good place to stay.

businessThe owner is helpful. Meant for one night stay only, specially for men. Needs more facilities like food and other basic requirements. The property is little isolated too.

Very nice location room are big AC Is new took auto from CBS reached in 4 5 mins breakfast was good they have WiFi parking is there owner is very understanding college road is near good shops and mall on college road.

Prime location and clean rooms

I got down at Thakkar bazaar took auto reached Chandrakant villa in 2mins, it is on Gangapur road near pandit colony. Room are big newly coloured, bedsheet and towel were white and clean, bathroom was newly done. Food was good and cheap. Tea for 15 bucks Maggie for 35 buc.

Awesome stay. The apartment is clean and well maintained. The staff is very cooperative. The manager was very kind and helped out a lot. Recommended. Will visit again for sure. Silent place good for work.
