Beautiful and large hotel at the foot of the monastery (1km). Clean and pleasant room. Very good meal and breakfast.

familyThe place is horrible. We booked the hotel as it was on the leh-manali highway, but the experience was disgusting. Initially they denied us booking saying that they are not on any online portal and will not accept any booking . After making multiple calls to mm t customer service, they had to give us a room. It was very very shabby, full of dust. No drinking water or phone in the room. The linen was so old that it had white lint coming out. After multiple calls to them and asking for everything, the room was unto a livable condition. But the dust was horrible. The staff is also very non-courteous, non-friendly. To change linen also, the person came and was telling us, i am a heart patient and you are making me do all work. Horrible experience. Would never recommend anyone to this hotel. The bathrooms do not have jet. No hotwater in bathroom either.
