Very poorly managed and very very bad services

The staff was non coperative. Dirty rooms no cleanliness and heigine. I don't know how come such hotels are listed on make my trip

Worst hotel to stay with family in meerut

This is the worst hotel in terms of service, cleanliness and food. This is the hotel mainly for local couples who wants to spend some personal time here. The room allocated to me was not properly cleaned. bed sheet was not replaced. All in all the worst experience i have faced till today.

No water in toilet, shifted to other room, peeping hole was there in bathroom, only one blanket for three adults, couldn't sleep because of mosquitoes and bed bugs
