Buddha Retreat

The Buddha Retreat is situated near the main attraction of the city - tathagata tsal, popular as buddha park. The amenities of the Buddha Retreat were amazing. As ravangla has lower temperatures for most of the time during the year, the Buddha Retreat is well equipped with an electric blanket. Rooms are specious and well equipped with a spacious bathroom, a full size dressing table and a wardrobe. There are two chairs and a table for having your snacks. There is a workstation setup as well. The behaviour and service of the Buddha Retreat staff is amazing. The Buddha Retreat provides laundry services at a very reasonable rate. Food price is on the higher side but goes well with the portion and quality of the food. Overall, i am really satisfied in every aspect. Highly recommended for all.

Luxury stay with all modern amenities, clean and best food of all of ravongla. The behavior of the staffs are very well and they are very helpful. The Buddha Retreat has a nice bar with good collection of imported wines. The rooms are with wooden floor and ceiling like a cottage make the stay more cozy. The beds are very clean and without spots left by earlier traveller's. The rooms are not much costly as well as the food

Location is walkable distance to buddha park, which is a must visit. We had medical conditions ( severe acidity), mr. Subroto was an angel for us. He got us the right medications and suggested the right food to be taken and given packed for us the next morning. The room and washroom is well maintained.

Very comfortable stay, nice rooms and bathrooms with all modern amenities. The Buddha Retreat had a very traditional feel with wooden staircases, wooden floors, wood panel-led walls in rooms, traditional paintings on ceilings. Overall very nice experience

The location of the Buddha Retreat was good. 15 minutes walk from Ravangla baazar and 3 minutes walk from Buddha park. The locality was calm and quiet with view of mountains. The rooms were clean and service was good.

Budhha retreat is a excellent Buddha Retreat but the food is overpriced and non discounted rooms are overpriced, but behaviours, maintenance, amenities are excellent, comfort, cleanliness are excellent.

Location is good just near to buddha park, room was good, staff was also good, food was ok probably could add some more local cuisines in main course, overall a good experience thanks to mr shubroto.

Hotel is good locationwise. But food is very costly compared to taste and quality served. Food is not at all tasty.
