Babylon Resort

Our recent stay at Babylon Resort in Kasol was truly delightful. Despite arriving very early in the morning (around 6–7 AM) and well before our scheduled check-in time of 1 PM, the staff graciously welcomed us. They allowed us to store our luggage and relax in the common area until our room was ready, which made a significant difference to our comfort after a long journey. The facilities at Babylon Resort were excellent, and the food was a highlight of our stay. I particularly enjoyed their poha, which was so delicious that I ordered it multiple times. The resort also offers stunning views from the windows, adding to the charm of the experience. The host deserves special mention for being exceptionally generous and helpful throughout our stay. From assisting us with our needs to accommodating our departure schedule, the level of care they provided was commendable. Even on our last day, although our check-out was at 11 AM and our bus wasn't until 7:30 PM, the host kindly let us keep our luggage in the common area and stay warm under blankets while it was chilly outside. The only minor suggestion I would make is regarding the room size—it would have been nice if they were a bit larger. However, since we spent most of our time exploring Kasol and nearby areas, this was not a major issue. Overall, Babylon Resort exceeded our expectations with its hospitality, delicious food, and thoughtful services. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kasol for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Rooms are very small as shown in the pics and no space for bag storage smelly bathrooms. It was ok ok stay

The babylon resort was good but they didn’t informed us that if we book a bhk pvt villa we’ll be just getting one common outside washroom which was very bad. The other luxurious room was well maintained and good. But in general kasol was only bad didn’t liked yhe vibe over there overcrowded too much traffic bad experience

The way to the hotel is bad, and there just enough level of sanitary facilities that anyone can go by, no ventilation in toilets and not clean as well

Near by Kasol Volvo bus parking ..Room are clean good quality, view awesome.. environment is beautiful, food also tasty …

Reaching this spot is a bit of a difficult task. Parking your vehicle is no less than a herculean task (especially suvs)

I recently stayed at babylon resort kasol (december 2023, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Here's a breakdown of the issues i encountered: not value for money: the overall experience did not align with the price paid, making it evident that the hot did not offer adequate value for money. Unclean room: the room's cleanliness left much to be desired, with dirty sheets and blankets that detracted from any sense of comfort. Inconvenient accessibility: accessing the resort proved challenging as climbing stairs was necessary, posing difficulties for guests with mobility concerns. Heating woes: despite an extra charge of rs. 500 for a room heater, its functionality was compromised due to low voltage issues, leaving me in the cold without the expected comfort. Unpleasant odor: the room was marred by a persistent and strong pungent smell, making the stay uncomfortable and far from enjoyable. In summary, my stay at babylon kasol was marked by disappointment, from cleanliness concerns to accessibility issues and additional charges for amenities that failed to deliver. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement for the resort management.

Best resort in this budget, very near to the bus stand and market and the guy shummi is so cooperative and humble i stayed for 3 days there and i enjoyed a lot and the view from our room is mesmerising

The property is budget friendly. Rooms are spacious. They have a kettle facility too. I will recommend this stay as perfect stay.

I feel my stay is very simple and like a home stay type. No facilities like a hotel 🏨 Property in old kasol and walking distance from the market where you get food, drinks and others easily. The rooms are ok for stay...

Best staff and ambience i have ever experienced in my entire life till now. The wire is freaking gorgeous including the overall maintenance and help provided by the people there. Sham-mi is the person who helped the most, it just feels like home and the peace you will receive there, i bet you won't get it anywhere.

The location of the hotel is very nice. Its on main kasol. Service and food is also good. The rooms were of decent price.
