It was okay, people were friendly, Rooms need maintenance and they should use good blanket

There was a mice in the room which was not getting removed and also there were couple of cockroachs in the room as well Also the room was having too much moisture from before we entered meaning the beddings were not cleaned and hygiened.

Location is road touch in slum area, in-house restaurant not available, rooms very small, dirty, AC do not work, no tooth brush, no shaving kit. no elevator, very very terrific experience

Ac was not working. Ac was looking like a demo piece which had only in/off sound, nothing else. Bedsheets were not cleaned. if you are ok with these, you can go ahead as the rest was fine.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at hotel. The experience was drastically different from what was advertised on the booking platform. The photographs displayed on the booking website were misleading, showing a far superior room than what we were actually given upon arrival. Instead of the spacious, modern room pictured, we were assigned a cramped, third-class room with a malfunctioning air conditioner. The room was unacceptably small, and the lack of proper ventilation made it unbearable. To make matters worse, the room was infested with cockroaches and the toilet was in a state of deplorable uncleanliness and unsanitary conditions. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel. The discrepancies between the online representation and the actual accommodation were egregious, and the overall experience was extremely unpleasant.

Stayed at atlas grand hotel during a short trip to mumbai. For a budget-friendly option, it exceeded expectations. The room was clean, the ac worked well, and the staff was polite and helpful. Location was convenient, especially for getting around the city. The room was luxury, but for the price, it’s totally worth it. Would recommend to solo travelers or anyone looking to save without compromising on basics

There are good comfortable family hotel good staying and near by transportation area us to from hotel to airport near by distance

room not the same those mentioned on picture... charge as per hotel room... but room type & services as like a budget room... Worst experience in my life.....
