We did not stay at his hotel, our address was wrong to understand, we wanted to cancel. And I asked to refund 50 percent money. But did not refund our money. He could refund the money if he wanted.. Horrible 😡

Madam first of all so sorry about your experience. You asked for a cancelation after your check in time which was against our policy. You stayed just 10 mins away from my homestay and was influenced by the driver because he got commission for your booking at the other property. We work very hard to get our ratings and you rating us very poorly without even giving us chance to serve you is disheartening. You will understand when you own a business you love and narture.

Just checked out stayed here for one night the hotel has a perfect ambience and big rooms the food was just great and above all the manger mr. Vivek is a pure gentleman so cooperative. Must stay you shall feel at home with everything so perfectly placed only thing this property isn't at padamchen as mentioned its near rongli. Thank you

Nice and clean homestay in rongli

Ashraya boutique is a nice and cosy homestay at rongli. The rooms and toilets were spic k and span. The homestay is located among-st green lush surroundings and in the morning you get to experience churping of birds and smell the freshness of the surroundings. The host vivek was very warm and welcoming, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to visit again. Localy grown vegetables could be introduced to the guest to elevate their experience of home stay.

Good Stay

The property owner is extremely friendly and hospitable. Food is great and homely, good options available. Access to zuluk is much easy from here. Cabs and transportation are available if asked in advance.

The hotel was good but the toilet flush was not working and the pillow and bedsheet looked like little uncle rest was good the food was good and the environment was good. The owner was also good.
