Hotel was easily accessible, but it's old and not clean could not even use one of the room which was very stinky. Looks like ac was never cleaned and we got sick because of it. Staffs were good.

It was pleasant experience, and the support staff was friendly

The room was spacious and the property was clean, it was a average stay, but the manager wasn't so helpful and welcoming. The location of the property was appropriate.

They denied us the cottage room that was booked and offered us a deluxe room instead.

Room which was allocated to me was good, washroom was very bad, heater not working, water facilities, extra charge for pillow or blanket when asked for.

Very basic but clean. No water or soap provided. WiFi password not given. No English news channel.

I booked a Deluxe room for 3 of us and landed at the hotel at 6. 15 am on 5th January. The room allotted to us in the ground floor was shabby, mattresses (old cotton type) in the room were damaged, dirty and the linen used were shabby. The extra bed for 3rd person which was provided only on request was a thin coir mattress, folding type, also damaged and dirty. Room and toilet were not cleaned. Towels and soap (basic things even third grade lodges provide). Were provided after repeated request. Tried calling MMT to complain, but there was no response. Frustrated, I was about to check out immediately to some other better hotel nearby where unfortunately no room was available. The person at the reception was good enough to offer us a cottage in the same serviced apartment in the upper floor which was far better, but costlier. With no other option, I shifted to the cottage and paid Rs. 300/- extra for this For all the inconvenience and the trouble I had to undergo, it is only fair that MMT refunds us the full amount+Rs. 300 I had paid. I do not was some notional MMT Wallet credit or concession for future bookings, but just refund the full amount to the credit card account I paid from This is the second bad experience I have with MMT booking. Moral of the episode: Make direct deals with hotels after checking all details, never book through the online booking agents like MMT & Stayzilla. They totally misguide the public.

Bed is not clean, no car parking facility .. Room cleanliness is OK ... Bathroom smelly .. Heater is on for namesake ..

Proximity to railway station and town busstand. Familiar to auto drivers. Staff helped to arrange transport to and fro amidst rough weather and copious rains that lashed the town. This is an ideal location for travellers who use rail to arrive at Tirunelveli. Eat outs are available just half a km away.

Room was spacious. Needs a little maintenance. Toilets were OK. Had a geyser but had to use buckets for Bath as shower was not connected. Positive was the location and staff. Good restaurants serving different cuisines within walk able distance. Front office staff were helpful in organizing transport for travel etc.

We had a chance to stay in this hotel for One day. Even though it say 12 pm check in time, they had allowed us to check in 7 am itself. Next day we have to check out at 7 am but they have given grace time to check out ... All the staff are very friendly and cooperative ...

This is service apartment where the rooms are similar to a two bedroom house. The rooms we booked were cottage and were very spacious and comfortable. One of the rooms was not convincing and upon request we got it shifted to another room. Service was good and overall it was a good stay.

Aryamaan hotel is situated main place of tirunekveli. It is not a hotrl itz a cottage type. No restautent is the minus. But room is so nice to stay ... BusstNd is just walkable ... RailwY ztation too. All to gather it is worth for money.

Went to Tirunelveli with my family and relatives. Booked 2 Cottage rooms in Aryaman Service Apartments. To my surprise, it was so big. Literally they gave us 2 2BHK flat and it was great. Bedroom and Hall had AC, there was a sofa in which one person can lie down. Support staff were kind and responded immediately. About a 1-2 KM from station and bus stand. Will surely recommend this for your stay.

The intercom was not functioning for calling the service boy. Otherwise services are good. No taxi facilities. But very close to Junction so easy return home. But the sanitation is not very bad. Room service is attentive also. No problem of any security.
