Awful facilities and nice location

Good location and courteous staff. The property demands huge maintenance. The money does not justify the facilities.The toilet commodes was fixed by a black cellotape. The heater was fixed by a ply frame. One of the rods of heater was not working. Initially they had provided only one heater whose one of the filaments was not working. The hair dryer was given on request which was also in non-working condition. There was layer of dust settles on the window mesh and tiles. They provided drinking water in deformed plastic bottles (probably by adding hot water by someone) which was not cleaned for ages.

While we always strive to offer a warm and welcoming experience to all our guests, hosting this guest was quite challenging. The guest was extremely demanding throughout the stay and had high expectations that went beyond what was communicated or included in the booking. After the stay, the guest reached out again to book at a significantly discounted rate, which we politely declined as it wasn’t feasible. Unfortunately, this led to a retaliatory review that does not reflect the actual experience or service provided. We respect all feedback, but we also believe in fairness and transparency. We encourage future hosts to ensure clear communication and boundaries when hosting this guest.

The place was haunted, the food sucked, wifi did not work, no one present on the property after 9:30 pm, no water pressure, no switch boards worked to charge your electronics etc etc
