The rooms are decent and clean. The food and service are pathetic. Breakfast was complimentary but many of the items mentioned in the list are not served inadequate staff in the kitchen

No proper room service, hospitality was not okay, staff doesnt attend anything. The food was okayish and the location is very far from the city so plan accordingly.

Worst experience with service and breakfast is pathetic with lot of flies on food. Rooms were good but not worth taking breakfast package

They asked for rs 3000 as additional at hotel for dinner in the night, which not informed at the time of booking the dinner was very worst in quality, room service level very poor nobody is attending our calls very worst place to stay

Very bad food and service

This a great option for families if you are looking for good spacious stay near pondicherry. These are actually independent villas spread across a large area. Another advantage is that you can park your car nearby to easily carry the luggage. They have a decent size pool as well. Breakfast spread can be improved though.

Pros : property was good, good ambition cons : no water bottle, no bath dub, no telephone for room assistance, no restaurant, for tea also you to come out for 3kms, which is annoying

Room was decent but the fan switch was not working. The room service was too slow and un-managed. The breakfast was below average and the staff was not prepared to handle more than usual guests. The location of the resort is too far from the city.

The rooms are good but the service is pathetic, the next day no one came for cleaning even despite asking several times, i asked the property manager as i wanted to share a review he doesn't bother to take feedback as well. Morning breakfast was too much of a rush and they were not able to manage people book only in case you don't have option

I booked the place just looking at the photographs. i did not get basic services like towel, soap etc in room. Commode was broken

Very good resort. I love this place very calm and well maintained place. Cleanliness is top notch. Please go for this without doubt. Only con is distance between the pondy main center otherwise awesome

Large resort with 100+ individual villas. Spacious hall, bedroom and bathroom. Swimming pool can be maintained well as we observed small flies inside it. We stayed for 3 nights, but the room was not cleaned or changed with new bedsheets/towels during our stay. Food is very tasty and reasonable prices. Indoor games like fooseball, carroms, snooker are available and are good. Kids play area is also good

I payed 5900rs for one day and they gave me room in the end 15c. Toilet seat was broke, bathroom gate was broke and even it was not getting locked. The main lock smart card was also not working so they have given us the keys. No tv connection no landline phone to call on the reception. I need my money back we had a worst experience staying at here

Swimming pool had lot of insects and leaf worst ever pool. Service is very delay whatever you ask fr. Food is average. Lots of power issues, power cut often. Complimentary buffet had only few items even tha toaster in the restaurant was not working. Very far like 30 mins from pondicherry so better stay in pondicherry if you guys wanna explore pondy.

I have booked a single villa room(2 adults, 2 kids. They have provided additional bed(only mattress, so its fine for 4 people. The villa has 1 bedroom and hall. Resort is located at 15km distance from pondicherry. So if you are going by your own car, you can prefer this resort. All attractions are a little far to this place(takes around 30 mins to 1hr. Resort is well maintained. Rooms are good. They provide only a simple breakfast(dont expect too much. Breakfast could have organized a much better way. Overall, it was a good experience.

I've never stayed at a hotel which was managed this badly ever before. Only the rooms were kept clean. The towels were dirty. Our flush wasn't working and even after complaining multiple times no action was taken! the management at the restaurant was the worst. There was limited options of food and on top. Of that they took ages to refill the plates and the food items. They didn't have a sense to manage the crowd at all! some other people also complained there was no power in their room. Will never recommend this hotel stay to anyone ! we had stayed 2 nights so just adjusted with it.

Swimming pool is good. And great kids area and play area for kids and family - rooms are clean and spacious for a family of four (2 adult and 2 kids) - tv in both hall and bedroom bathroom are clean

Please find below points, 1. Services should be 24*7 for emergencies. My bedroom ac was not working due to which my kid felt suffocation at night. I called multiple times to service desk due to it. But no one responded. 2. I asked for drinking water which was delivered me almost 4 hours later at night. 3. Food delivery was too late which made my kid waiting till late night. 4. Foot mat should be available at doors.
