Anika Suites

Terrible experience, double booking, i booked 2 rooms in anika suits. On arrival there is no hotel as anika suits, it was hotel balcony in that place. Very bad experience, got 2nd room in night, no toweland accessories supplied. Average taste, cold breakfast. Don't recommend anika suits balcony to any one. Make my trip should confirm the status of hotel before getting booking.

It was a pleasant experience staying in balcony suites (known as anika suites. The rooms are clean and tidy. Staffs are also co-operative.

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. The team here truly knows how to make guests feel special. My room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities one might need. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Pros: 1. Breakfast is excellent 2. Connectivity with respect to bookings cab and auto is good 3. Staffs were kind 4. Hotel seems to be new and neat 5. Smart tv is installed and you can watch shows of your choice cons: 1. The room which we stayed didn't have proper lock. 2. Taps were not good

Do not stay here because the customer service is awful. I looked at pictures and booked a hotel for the first time for my guests. They stated it was a very bad stay. Very awful service, and they don't even have workers to serve you a water bottle. You must go to reception and take yourself, which is very unusual for my guest. My guest said that i had hired a very bad service flat rather than a proper hotel. It was really distressing for me to learn that my guest was unhappy with his stay. Please replace management or, better yet, close and conduct the finest business you are capable of doing.

Hotel best part is nearest us consulate and 3rd floor hotel room. Bathroom was very small rest all good. Breakfast good

Anika suites located in the it hub as well as close to us general consulate. The staffs are obedient to take care of guests requirement.

AC not working WC jet is not working Manny time electricity is down and come again i didn't get good sleep at night very pathetic 😪

we were charged extra for bed, they expected 3 adults to sleep on 1 double bed. breakfast was ok. but be on alert while booking online

I stayed for 3 nights. It was a comfortable stay, breakfast was good. The reception guy krishna was polite and helpful throughout my stay. Cleanliness was good.

Rooms are not cleaned daily. Bed cushion is not good. Towels and lift also not good.

Strictly not 4 star or even 3 star. Had cockroaches, basic functionalities were not working fine apt like ac and water disposal in basin, towels were not clean and had yellow stains, same goes with bedsheets.
