Initially on the first day, the customer service was not satisfactory but from day 2 they picked up. Service was addressed on time. Wifi was not working as renovation is going on in that hotel

Poor Stay

Location excellent. Rest less said the better.
Nothing works in this hotel. Had to change room 4 times as air conditioners were not working.

Food was not good at all

Very odd stay in.

groupThe service provided in the hotel is horrible nobody comes to fix problems like AC etc for even hours and continuous calling, had a very unhealthy experience. Rooms are very small in size does not match a little bit with the displayed photo of the room.

No power back up. Hot water was not available.

No power backup. I have to stay in the hotel without power back up. Hot water was not available in the bathroom. In the month of January, it is very difficult to stay on hotel, where hot water is not available in the bathroom.
