Absolutely Disappointing and Not Worth the Hype! The rooms are in very bad condition... dust spreads on all floors... we have call desk twice for any services... they take 40 min to provide something we ask for... A very bad experience.. i will never suggest it to any of my known people.. *we pay full charges for an extra bed and they provide the worst condition of the bed (like they are providing this in complementary) on which we can't even think of sleeping... simply overhyped hotel nothing else...

Pathetic and rude staff behaviour, specifically at the front desk, Muskan and Yogesh, I have registered my complaints on Day 1 that the Washroom area is giving a bad smell and bathroom water is chocked up and water is not flowing out, but two nights which I have spent,issue got unresolved, Muskan is highly unprofessional and behaviour is rude and not acceptable to the level of this category hotel. extremely disappointed and unhappy, never come back to this hotel again in my future trip to Jaipur.

We had a nice and pleasant stay at clarks amer. The room was spacious with nice interior. Food served was delicious. Breakfast buffet in morning was extravagant with options for every one. All items were tasty and we specially enjoyed it. Location is also good near to latest malls and shopping complexes

This should be declared a Dharamshala and not a hotel. And not a 5 star by any standards, they are so poor that they cannot even give you basic bathroom Accesories. They completely ruined my whole family trip. Worst service, worst staff and worst seniors. Please don’t waste your time and money.

it was a terrible horrifying experience we had at this so called "5" but act a zero star hotel. Where to start from? No hospitality, Dey don't care about guests at all. we had booked two rooms, and pent house rooms are their most premium category still we had to call million times for basic amenities like water bottles n cleaning the room. My father in law has a zero vision n he was in room when we went for sightseeing in jaipur. we left at 9:45 n since then he was constantly contacting housekeeping to send water bottles but they didn't. we gotu know this at 2:30 and j called the hotel thrice after which they sent water to his room. His condition was bad as he couldn't even take his regular medicine without water. all this when brought to their managers notice, she kept telling us she ll talk to GM n he will meet us, we kept waiting but they didn't turn up! they merely sent us few fruits n cookies..I mean pathetic pathetic behaviour. please choose much better option available in Jaipur...don't spoil ur holidays with this piece of shit where even GM level person doesn't hv any respect for his guests
