1) Shower water no much pressure 2) food is very expensive. And very less quantity in Zolo restaurant in same clark hotel 3) Room #521 I was stayed but it is basic room and not to satisfy what I paid for 5 star hotel. 4) Really hotel is not good.

Location is quite good, accessible from everywhere, specially the airport. Amenities are good as well. Special mention about the services, the front desk, housekeeping, fnb are all excellent. Well behaved and courteous to all guests. The food at the in house restaurants is a bit expensive though
