the bed was dirty, it was not clean black spots all over the comforters so it was not a good experience I had a really disappointing stay. The room cleanliness was awful - the comforter was dirty and had weird spots, which was really uncomfortable. On top of that, there was constant loud music and people shouting in the lobby late at night, making it impossible to rest. Definitely not worth it.

Sorely Disappointed

I stayed in the penthouse suit and I must say their amenities need to be upgraded - the lighting, the bathtub, switchboards. Everything was old and falling part. The room had a musty smell to it. They have the back bone to build up quality rooms but have let it go to waste. Even their menu needs to be upgraded and the food as per the price tag. I hope to see them get better with time but for now however I would not book here again.

Unprofessional Reception staff

Service 5/5, room 5/5, food 3/5 cleanliness 5/5, had to wait 4-5 hours for room since no early check was available even at extra cost and no one wanted to even listen or take my booking details to atleast add me in queue and then after 3 hours they tell me you’ll get the room at last because you came late. Stupidity at reception. They need to learn to listen to customers instead of brushing them off. They think they are wiser and all customers stupid. I listened to the manager saying to their staff that ask the customer to go to the room and throw the person out on their own. This is what they think of their customers, someone needs to humble them that the customers staying at this property are a lot educated then them(Soley about the reception staff). House keeping and all other supportive staff was perfect.

The location and food - both are brilliant. Must try is the Library South Indian food, Green Thai curry and Lal Maas. The only improvement area is the quality of the rooms, be it furniture or overall liveliness - it needs an upgrade.

ROOM SERVICE IS NOT GOOD , On call they don't provide drinking water on time and the worst horrible is morning breakfast it's a college mess .... everyone running for table , plates , food many more too wait for food and place to sit .... everyday we get same breakfast....

Service time was very bad. To get a water bottle in the room service takes atleast 30 mins.... 2 times room was changed due to doors are not working & 2nd rooms are too small as per the price taken
