Location wise it's near Ganpatiphule temple like walking distance so that is plus however rooms are not well maintained, things are old, we could not get extra bed, kids had to sleep on floor on matress.

Place is excellent. Owner & staff is very good behaviour and very helpful. But the location is nearly one km from the temple as well as sea beach.

The worst experience

Rooms are not clean. Toilets are dirty. Beds and blanket were smell bad. Tv recharge not done. Requested owner and he took 1 hour to recharge. Overall we will not suggest this hotel to other traveller. In photo we can see huts but actually there are only 2 hut cottage and rest are typical rooms.

familyProperty & room is big & very close to bus stand, ample parking space. But rooms are not upto mark. Old furniture & mirror was kept in room for use. Toilet seat was loose. Bathroom was not clean. Care taker was not much serious about taking care. Tv was intermittently losing connection and asked for help but nobody came all in all you can choose this when you don't have any option or you need a property adjacent to the bus stand. Otherwise there are multiple choices

Rude behavior, broken bathroom, had to upgrade stay paying rs 2000- for a basic room to have a peaceful sleep. Will never recommend anyone

Had to go out for dinner no room service for cleaning the room

Bad poor service full of noise.
Had called them to request for the best but didn't get entire night they had cooking program just outside my room could not sleep properly will never book again at this hotel this was my second visit in 3 month sad with the place.
