Stay in Bapat Niwas at Ganpatipule was awesome and neatly managed by the owner. Also in Mahalaxmi Executive stay was decent. Staff polite and cooperative at both the locations. Make my trip ease of booking deserves 5 star ⭐️ Thanks a lot for securing our trip

The property's location is quite easily accessible from the main. It has adequate parking space for 4 to 5 cars. Basic amenities were good. However, there was lack of hospitality. It seemed the hosts did not care much who had checked in. Breakfast timing was also very late, they said it will start at 9 am. We had breakfast in nearby hotel which was open at 8 am, since we had to leave early. I would recommend this place for a one night stay, don't expect a homestay experience from the host.

Property location is reachable and easily available, rooms is very good and neat. Bathroom is very clean. Breakfast and lunch facility is available only Pre Order. Otherwise everything is good.

If you're with family, especially with kids, going out for every meal is challenging. We had high expectations based on reviews but were disappointed with the place.. As per my opinion everything is below average. Our rooms bathroom window was attached to generator room which looked very risky though they mentioned that they keep the door open to smoke go out but still it's a risk considering how dangerous smoke can be. Added one extra rating because the owner honestly returned our forgotten silver ornament

Though room is spacious, cleanliness inside the room specially bathroom was not satisfactory. No soap provided, the plastic bucket and mug were dirty used previously in some construction activity, no mosquito repellent provided, no kitchen available here, so have to go out for lunch dinner, limited vehicle parking space,

Below expectation never recommend this home stay to any one hot water supply didn't mention on mmt and they have limit supply time not that much of clean according to their manipulating reviews rooms have negative vibes we go there because of the reviews but many other options are available there which is far better than this.

Nice place with clean rooms and spacious. Even the bed sheets were neat and clean. Huge spacious bathroom again equipped with all basic amenities and hot water supply. The place is easily accessible from st busstop near to all restaurants and close to temple and beach by walking distance. Even the surrounding is peaceful with green trees also a wide parking area for guests is provided. We had a nice hassle free experience for checkin and checkout.

It was an awesome experience staying at bap-at niwas homestay. The owner was welcoming and caring towards their guests. It's a lovely, cosy and luxurious property made in european style with breakfast. They have a good kitchen and allow us to access it for baby food. The staff was quick & responsive. Since it's a home stay property, the entire bap-at family makes sure guests are well taken care of. Worth staying if u plan a trip to ganpatipule. Keep up the good work !

Great property, very clean and well maintained. Just behind bus stop. Worth for money. Walkable distance from various food restaurants.

we are staying there one day. they people does not give any proper information about there stay. we are asking for breakfast but they says give advance order then they will make it. but they not told about anything when we reach.. please give some information to guest when they arrive.

Very clean, extremely hospitable mr & mars bapat. Also the home food was excellent we had in breakfast. Also very near to the ganesh temple 8 to 10 mins walk. Will definitely book again
