VIP Guest House

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Overall, i had a pleasant stay at your hotel. Stay: the check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and comfortable, the housekeeping staff did a good job. I appreciate your efforts in making my stay enjoyable, and i hope this feedback will help you improve your services. I look forward to visiting your hotel again and experiencing positive changes in the future.

Very discomforted stay. The toilet was also not attached and fan speed was so slow that whole night, i was not able to sleep properly.

The rooms are with the least ventilation The windows are without a net so the mosquitoes are in the room fan without speed control no attach bathroom Cost of room 4000 plus

It was a great experience!! The location was good and the amenities and services there were great with clean rooms and washrooms.

pathetic stay. not clean. joint washrooms, no dustbin. c-grade area nothing nearby. the place is 10x it's actual cost paid for a less than 5k worth stay.

Not at all a good experience. Poor management. Rude staff. Pathetic toilets. No availability of any food or even tea early morning

no separate bathroom along with room. no bed as they provide folding to sleeping. as this is in a residential area and no guest house looks as such. no any wash waise attach in room . only one english toilet with the reception. I did not recommend this type of the guest house . as this is not a guest house this is a house and different rooms act like a guest house

i had found the property through make my trip.it is very difficult to trace the guest house no proper guidelines from those people.And finally it is a horrible stay in my life.No food no emenities and services.And I had posted the pics to u people from u no response u have to return me 1 night stay money. I had booked for 2 nights I stayed for 1 night only because the room is so horrible.

don't go by picture.not worth the 7k .. common bathroom..no service.. pathetic.......

Average hotel stay but staff was very cooperative. lack of windows in room was uncomfortable. Also there is no lift, hence difficult for aged people to get on top floors.

It is a PG for students which they have turned into guest house during Kumbh mela , the charges are so high

washroom is common and it is having indian seat which is very inconvenient and I am a senior citizen my health condition doesn't allow me

Good photographs of the property posted, but in actual it is different, the worst thing sharing bathrooms and toilet, only one bathroom fitted with geyser....it was worst experience and was looted .....during Kumbh With exorbitant charges

Not s good place for hotel, big communication issue with auto, taxi. No lift or nearby good eating place. Only for mela stay ok not for rest time

no water,no hot water no Idea how to operate the hotel ,only one staff for service and they have no knowledge, very bad experience

there is no hot water available in the morning . hotel staff is not good .not cooperative and very rude..

Good experience of staying in a Guesthouse which is at walking distance from Kumbh Mela kshetra & Naag Vasuki Mandir. Services also Good.Peaceful area away from Heavy Rush of KUMBH.

I had paid room , It is very worst experience from my booking VIP guest house, I paid but lodging was worst They don't have AC rooms , Toliet bathroom is common , No AC , single Gyser for one floor , Rooms r 5to6 but gyser is one , No room service, They talking arrogantly. In 10000/- I get 3star hotel rooms should survey lodging before giving to customer I am not satisfied with this booking no Lift in lodge

Porperty differnet and worse than as shown in photos . Rooms are without bathroom but in photos there is bathroom in room.
