Dear Debjit! We sympathize with your frustration, but you are also cognizant of the situation. You didn't mention that you have a reservation online, and we were under the impression that we should keep the washroom rooms attached for the online reservation guests only. After a conversation with you, we assumed that you had booked off-line, and I was left with the option to share only the shared bathroom rooms. Secondly, we requested that you turn back and have your online reservation room, but you denied and went away without giving me any information. This issue was caused by a small thing, which is why it's important to have a clear conversation every time. We are excited to catch up with you next time and change your perception of our stay. We would appreciate it if you could take advantage of our 50% discount for your next booking.
