Universal Hotel

One of the worst experiences in my life. Very filthy room with water droplets falling from the A.C, damp walls, terrible smell. No body intimated where will be the breakfast and from which time will it start or will be available.....just now intimation. Very poor service and worst experience ever.

Wonderful room and friendly staff, food was delicious and top notch room service

I am very happy to stay in the hotel, the food is very good, there is no difficulty in the road to go to the hotel, the hotel is very good.

I have stayed at this hotel before but till now I have not faced any problem , but this time I did not like it , one Old person behaved very badly with me. We give them money but they treated us like beggars. I felt really bad this time because of one person. I had not gone to beg. Don't behave like this with anyone again.

The room was very good but at night till 3pm the sound of movie kept coming and we couldn’t sleep. And i think it would be best to include breakfast at morning as other cheaper hotels includes breakfast for free at morning

The hotel was ohk but there was cleanliness issues. Cockroach was roaming around in th room and also there were torn-ed packets of condoms in the drawer. Food was good. Overall had an average experience in my stay

It's was a nice stay staff was friendly and had a comfortable stay at the hotel view was good would visit again if possible in coming future.
