Good for all, but the receptionist treats online & direct visits to the booked guest, my experience I am online booked and stated 1 day night, they have not provided guest bathing soap. direct visitors only enjoy TTDC welcome bouch of bothing soap, also they have not provided dinner/break fast to online booked visiter, we then only asked token, they will provide token.

The rooms are in very poor condition, with extremely bad housekeeping. The bedsheets and pillows were smelly and covered in hair and dust. The bathroom shower was not working, and the toilet seat was broken. The food quality was average at best. The only advantage is that the property is close to the temple and offers ample parking space.

Stay was good. We enjoyed. Bed quality can be improved. Breakfast nice but dinner food not up to the mark.

Room Was Good but AC control remote wasn’t worked properly. Toilet Seat was not good. Toilet Ventilation Fan didn’t work.. Hot water was good .. Food was average..

no cleaness in window and betsheet are not washed properly and they provided two free meals its not good and room charging socket are not working properly they wanted to improve their service

We had overnight stay. Place was beautiful, nearby temple, having access to other amenities like beach and restaurants. The room had double door which leads to another room which is not ours, although this door was locked on both sides however we felt bit inconvenience due to the noise from other room. Bath room was not clean, Air Conditioner inside the room was not working properly. Fan regulator was not working. Food provided to us by TTDC hotel restaurant was not meeting our expectations.. Overall it was not worth for the money we paid.👎

The room floor is very sticky and we felt uneasy to walk on the floor. The bed cover is dirty seems to be used...felt 1st time TTDC is losing the cleanliness....

Well we are very happy tamilnadu hotel has all speciality. Food are enough and good. I recommended for my friends and relatives drinking water super no extra charges charged. Workers are decently

The property is well maintained. Rooms are spacious. Lots of Parking space. However food quality and variety needs to be improved. Complementary dinner & breakfast is only average.

Location is ok. Room cleanliness is horrible. No Wi-Fi available . Food not up to standard. No room service. No kettle in room. Overall a Pathetic experience

The hotel is a very nice place and overall, everything was good. The only issue was with maintenance, which could be improved.

Premises was not clean and hygine ,where most of the Rooms AC and Electricals were not working, we were asked to shift to another Rooms for the feasibility. AC controller remotes were not given initialy , provided only on demand. Blankets and pillows were not clean , had more stains even after wash. No Room services when needed on time.

The bed linen is very very old and soiled. Not properly washed. In the wash basin in the bedroom, the water was not going in the outlet pipe. The water was stagnant in the wash basin. I complained to the reception 2 or 3 times. They came and repaired it. it was OK then. There was no ventilation in the bedroom. Hence, the room was very hot. Moreover, the ceiling fan is not placed at the proper place in the ceiling. There was lots of flies outside the room door. The veranda is full of flies. On the positive side, the food in the restaurant is quite good and delicious. One thing I have to mention here. The morning Breakfast they are giving only at 8 AM. If they provide breakfast, at around 7.30 AM, it will be good for the guests expecially fir senior citizens.

Average experience, nothing extraordinary, lot of mosquitos behind window curtains, exhaust fan in bathroom were not working. Needs lot of improvements to provide good experience to the guests.

hotel with spaces with garden neat and clean, stay with relax, food as good, service it's okay, service is wonderful.

No Wifi TV not working An extra bed was not provided even though it was available. Poor Hospitality. Poor Service.
