The rooms were clean and neat. Walkable distance towards Temple. However, the service was not so great. Though I paid for AC rooms, my parents were not allowed to use AC for a few hours, I had to clarify to use AC. Drinking was not served in the room, I had to get down every time. It was a pleasant stay. thought temple would take 10 mins from the Hari Iyer Residency. however, Hari Iyer Residency management arranged an auto to reachbthe temple. Hotel was very neatly maintained and budget friendly.

The rooms are neat and clean. If you are looking for a decent stay go for this property. Walkable distance (5 minutes)to temple. For a family stay the room is little small. Choose other rooms.

5 min walk to temple entrance. cant complain about the rooms. More affordable. 4th person was given a mattress. Had plenty of parking. AC worked. beds were clean.(302)

Very fine and room guard support everything, we find the location with the support of room guard.

It was located opposite the Tiruchendur temple. The room was clean. They charged 500 rupees separately for AC.

staffs are good and rooms are well cleaned ,good service and somewhat distance to temple .at overall it is a good stay in Hari iyer residency

Good and neat rooms. There was 24/7 hot water supply. Spacious rooms and had a nice working ac. almost 10 mins walk to temple.

The location is a bit outer but the stay is very comfortable and overall experience is good
